1.Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a supervisory or team management role.

Capable of planning tasks, managing time effectively, and supervising team operations.

Strong understanding of workflow systems and ability to handle unexpected challenges efficiently.
6.Leadership Skills:
Demonstrates leadership in task delegation, team support, and motivating staff to perform effectively.
7.Communication and Coordination Skills:
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
8.Computer Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience with ERP, POS, or CRM systems is an advantage.
