Job description
• Liaise with customer on product quality issues and address customer’s concerns with corrective action and preventive action plan formalized among in-house manufacturing personnel.
• Responsible to handle customer quality feedback & co-ordinate with internal team to address the address the disposition through proper failure analysis/ 8D report compilation.
• Responsible for in-house coordination and preparation for customer visit and audit. Follow up corrective actions and preventive actions from customer audit findings.
• Responsible for periodical review and recommend improvement programs for all related QA procedures implementation.
• Coordinator for the setting up and review of product FMEA and Control Plan.
• Responsible for establishing and reviewing acceptance criteria (visual aids) for use by production and QA personnel.
• Responsible to ensure the quality management system implementations and maintenances in accordance with the ISO 9001 and customer requirements are met.
