Responsibilities:

Identify prime land opportunities for developing residential condominiums or mixed-use projects.
Conduct in-depth feasibility studies to evaluate land suitability, considering legal, market, physical, and financial aspects, focusing on residential condominiums or mixed-use projects.
Analyze market dynamics and supply-demand patterns, predicting trends, and identifying high-end business development opportunities.
Negotiate land acquisition terms, ensuring alignment with the company's financial goals and luxury positioning.
Research and implement innovative strategies for real estate development.
Provide valuable insights and data to shape strategic decisions for expanding our business.

คุณสมบัติ

Qualifications:

A bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Economics, Architecture or a related field
+5 years of experience in business development in real estate industry
Must be savvy in the real estate development experience or related business** (Construction, Condominium, Housing, Mixed-use Projects, etc.)
Strong understanding of feasibility study and construction
Strong data analytical skills with a keen eye for detail
Excellent command in both written and spoken English
Good interpersonal skills, Team player, and Can-do attitude
Proficiency in using Auto CAD and SketchUp will be an advantage
Have a passion for the luxury residential real estate industry and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality
