Talent Acquisition
• Execute recruitment and selection processes (e.g. pre-screen, conduct interviews and screen calls, administer psychological tests, etc.)
• Develop job description and job ads in accordance with requirements from line managers.
• Source candidates using existing platforms and other to build a candidate pipeline and find best fit candidates.
• Maintain candidate files, track candidate status, and progress report through hiring process.
• Increase employer branding of the organization by publishing content about the company mission, goals and benefits through social media, corporate website and networking groups
Employee Experience Service
• Support departments in creating and execute on strategy for multi-faceted employee experiences programs and multiple projects simultaneously
• Process employee lifecycle operations and transactions, from onboarding to off-boarding, including preparing documentation and partnering with teams to ensure a positive employee experience
• Execute a performance evaluation program
• Perform special projects as assigned
