-Support strategic initiatives ideation and media planning
-Operate and execute company communications and media plan to ensure that the creative works and fits into channel & platform with the right moment and targeted group in order to address the business objectives
-Ensure effective company communications, and media relations and strategically implement crisis communications
-In charge of handling public relations matters in order to enhance corporate image and branding
-Work across the team to produce effective marketing campaigns
-Monitor and help manage customer feedback and interaction across media channels
-Support media and display ad operations during campaign periods
-Support real-time content and communications by displaying ads
-Building relationships, networking, and activities with the media
-Liaising with internal departments and the media, to release news and projects
-Monitor the effectiveness of the communication/PR program and modify it as necessary against achievement and against changing corporate aims
-Analyze results of PR & communication campaigns or efforts and prepare reports
-Assist in organizing online events and online seminars
