- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting.
- Strong understanding of recruitment methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
