• Responsible for overall sales portfolio development and execution.
• Responsible for strong growth & development of FMCG/ Bespoke FOOD portfolio.
• Identify target customers/markets. Understand customer needs by territory.
• Familiar with the HORECA industry and have good networks with business representatives in the market.
• Build effective trading relationships with key decision-makers in HORECA Segment.
• Ensure existing clients are retained and maintained while developing new customers.
• Researching and identifying new business opportunities, including across new markets, growth areas, partnerships, and other new ways of reaching new and existing markets.
• Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
• Meet or exceed sales objectives and sales and revenue targets.
• To ensure that the all the sales and marketing activities are carried out within the agreed budgets, volume, sales, and within the given time scales.
Market Knowledge:
• Conduct regular market visits to check route coverage and availability of company products in the market, and competitor's activities and look for new business opportunities in order to safeguard the customer base and increase market share.
• Strong relations in HORECA market segment in Thailand.
Sales Systems:
• Develop and maintain an efficient distribution network and efficient routing to ensure timely deliveries and superior levels of service to company customers.
• Co-ordinate with Finance & Accounts to ensure compliance with all financial norms to control collections and receivables.
