Job Overview
• Target sectors: Major food service outlets/ Airlines/ Catering/ Cash N Carry Format/ Retail.
• Daily coordination with the manufacturers, logistics, warehouse, and customers to ensure smooth delivery of goods and flow of clear & correct information.
• Managing time and productivity by organizing minutes of meetings, and smooth flow of inter-department communication.
• Use customer and prospect contact activities tools and systems, and update relevant information held in these systems.
• Communicate, liaise, and negotiate internally and externally using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships.
• Attending internal meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and coordination.
• Ensuring efficient compilation of weekly/monthly Sales data and reports for domestic markets.
• Liaise with the client base on day-to-day business operations and functional heads to meet project deadlines.
• Plan/carry out/support marketing activities to agreed budgets and timescales in coordination with the marketing team.
• Respond to and follow up sales enquiries using appropriate laid down procedures and processes.
• Maintain relationships with existing and new customers through effective communication to optimize the quality of service and customer satisfaction.
• Manage the external marketing & design agency activities.
• Manage the team and provide them with appropriate training and guidance.
• Plan & initiate demos and workshops with local clients to promote the brand.
• Ensure timely response and follow-up on leads and queries from customers.
