- Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers
- Overseeing the relationship with customers handled by your team
- Identify ways to work more efficiently and reduce waste - Manage team of customer executives
- Set annual and quarterly targets for each Customer Service Executive
- Set incoming order and growth targets & assure these are met, if not met understand the reason & provide plan to keep on track
- Provide customer service executives tools to meet those targets
- Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently
- Expanding the customer base/ assist with customer acquisition
- Coordinate, take part & prepare for annual Business Reviews with customers (Business Development, OTD, Quality performance, general review of customer service & other feedback) - Liaise with international Sales (i.e. French, Swiss) to meet Strategic Sales Plan
