As we expand to new locations, we’re looking for a dynamic and strategic Business Development Manager to lead the charge in opening our next branch and driving growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute strategic business plans for the launch of new gym locations.
• Identify and evaluate potential sites through market research and demographic analysis.
• Negotiate lease agreements and manage relationships with property owners and key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure a successful pre-launch and grand opening.
• Build partnerships with local businesses and community organizations to establish brand presence.
• Monitor and report on key performance metrics for branch growth and expansion.
• Prepare financial forecasts and manage budgets for expansion projects.
