• Execute import and operation through co-working with team and concerned departments both locally and overseas.
• Provide customer and logistics support of sales products.
• To manage import & export operations with team and concerned departments more effectively to realize profitable organization.
• To optimize & develop SCM (Supply Chain Management) function to achieve the targets of organization. (Sales Budget, PD Budget, Action Plan setting P/L Management KAIZEN (Cost Down & etc.) KPI Management Review QM & Procedures, Issue WI, Supporting Doc. & Form, etc.)
• Plan and control the import and export shipments & documentation system effectively to prevent customers' material shortage.
• Coordinate with suppliers to arrange the arrival of import and domestic materials and inform the concerned departments in order for them to run production planning effectively.
• Work with Department of Foreign Trade to issue documents of FTA Certificate
• Work with BOI function to support the documentation and carry out BOI privileges effectively.
• Other work activities on request or assigned.
• Manage export & import operation through coworker with team and concerned department include overseas.
• Customer support of PCO products (Mainly logistic side)
• Understand whole SCM activity and support supervisor
• Continuous improvement of work process, work efficiency, cost competitiveness
