Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Foreman to oversee interior construction and civil works for residential and villa projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in site supervision, including interior finishing, cement plastering, painting, and general civil construction. The role also requires familiarity with electrical systems and overall MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage daily site operations for interior and civil construction works.
Coordinate and monitor tasks such as cement plastering, painting, tiling, and general finishing works.
Ensure work is completed according to design specifications, safety regulations, and project deadlines.
Manage and guide subcontractors and labor teams on-site.
Perform quality checks and troubleshoot on-site issues.
Coordinate with engineers, designers, and project managers regarding progress and technical matters.
Support the implementation of electrical and utility systems installation when required.
Maintain accurate records of materials, labor, and progress.
Report daily progress to the project manager or client representative.
