- Overview Returned Goods Management under Company Policy and Standard Guideline
- Be a Hotline Call Center to communicate with Customer for Return Request/Complaint
- Verify Data & prove Evidence of Return Request
- Manage Returned Goods in Transit follow Standard Guideline
- Coordinate with CS Team for Request Pre-Inspection & Feedback Result to Customer
- Create and Submit Return Request via EP System
- Book and Follow up Transport for Pick up Returned Goods
- Coordinate with W/H Return Team for Returned Goods Receipt (complete GR)
- Check and Follow up Return Billing with W/H Return Team
- Report Overall Return Status to Sales and Customer by weekly/monthly basis
- Report Out of Policy Return to Sales Team by weekly
- Analyze Return data to forecast the estimate Return amount to Management
- Analyze Return data to set up plan Improvement with all concern parties
- Visit Customer and up to date Returned Goods Management Policy & Status by quarterly
- Other jobs as assigned
