- Plan and develop project scope, technical details, and other project-related aspects to ensure successful execution.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while collaborating with internal and external teams to resolve issues throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor and track project progress to ensure it remains within scope and adheres to the established timeline.
- Create and maintain project plans and provide status reports to management and clients to keep them informed on progress and milestones.
- Measure, report, and analyze project performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and nurture relationships with internal teams, external partners, and clients throughout the project duration to ensure effective collaboration.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management, specifically related to software, IoT, or smart building projects.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
- Ability to understand project objectives, goals, and client requirements effectively.
- Proficient in estimating timelines and identifying potential risks that may arise during the project execution.
- Capability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Demonstrated responsibility and a strong ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
