1. Ensuring efficient and effective administrative information and assistance
2. Coordinate including scheduling arrangements, meeting, events, activities, and/ or conferences as assigned and organizing catering when necessary.
3. Manage the executive’s calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters, a busy calendar, meeting coordination.
4. Perform accurate research and analysis as assigned.
5. Creating memos, reports and agenda as needed.
6. Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
7. Screen and direct phone calls, incoming document, emails in CEO office and distribute correspondence to relevant colleagues and as necessary.
8. Greet visitors and directing them to the appropriate place.
9. Provide general administrative and secretarial support as assigned, Compliance Control Activities.
10. Closely monitor transactions where related to compliance concerns.- Support corporate audit for any audit activities.
11. Personnel Management - Keep abreast of knowledge and information necessary for professional development.
