• Manage and Oversee all human resources operations
• Set annual HR plans and policies as implementation plan
• Manage Payroll administration including benefits, annual increment, bonus, overtime, social security fund and other related.
• Manage the recruitment process from beginning to end, developing job descriptions, advertising, shortlisting candidates, interviewing, and negotiating employment offers.
• Manage and develop the efficiency and effectiveness of human resources system
• Plan and organize activities on a yearly calendar with internal and external stakeholders.
• Monthly report and give recommendations on HR information i.e employee turnover, recruitment & training result, etc.
