
• Develop HR policy and guidelines in such areas as Compensation & Benefits, Job Evaluation, Career Development, Competencies, Talent Management, Succession Plan, Training & Development, Organization Development, Employee Engagement, etc. and coordinate with other HR teams for smooth operations
• Develop tools and support materials to support the implementation of the policies and guidelines
• Act as business partner for assigned business units to create HR solutions and ensure implementation successfully
• Lead and collaborate with key stakeholders to design talent management framework and drive executions
• Drive employee engagement efforts, including conducting survey, analysis of survey results, initiating action plan and implementation
• In charge of HRIS Project Implementation in the company; Planning, Analysis, Design and Implementation
• Male/Female age above 30 years.
• Bachelor Degree of higher in related fields
• 5 year experiences and above in HR or related fields
• Consulting experience or project management experience is a strong plus.
• Good at Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong planning, prioritizing and logical thinking
• Hands-on implementation with attention to detail
• Teamwork as well as Individual Contributor
