• Recognize trends and market including customer needs, building a business development pipeline in accordance with targets
• Responsible for program management and effective program management along with business acquisition to the successful SOP, ensuring the targets on Quality, Cost and Time schedule.
• Control product pricing and detailed data to support concerned stakeholder
• Involve in implementation of product technology to enhance manufacturing process and develop risk management plans
