• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, or related field. Advanced degrees (e.g., MBA, JD) preferred.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in corporate secretarial functions and investor relations, preferably in a publicly traded company or professional services firm.
• In-depth knowledge of corporate governance principles, securities regulations, and financial markets.
• Familiarity with Thailand's corporate laws, regulations, and Stock Exchange requirements.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to diverse audiences.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including board members, executives, investors, analysts, and regulators.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data and market trends.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and investor relations management software.
