• Manage report, record, researching and statistics to management, PAT and others
• Receiving complaint, requirement form customer and solving/response immediately
• Maintain keep close relationship with customers and excellent customer service by taking ownership of queries – following these through to a satisfactory conclusion
• Manage to “Credit Term” for customers
• Preparing and control material, souvenir, gift for customers. visitors
• Handling marketing function, Golf, Bowling, Exhibition and others
• Co-ordinate with other department form company function
• Support all CS tasks to CS as management required
• Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face.
• Liaise and Support with all customers as management required
