• Responsible for the enforcement of all HSE and Security policies adhering to applicable local, international, corporate, and other requirement to which the organization subscribes with.
• Maintains and up to date of knowledge of HSE laws, regulations, and standards.
• Knowledgeable with the proper operation and maintenance of Pollution Control Facilities (i.e., Wastewater Treatment Plant) in partnership with Facilities in-charge.
• Knowledgeable in the proper operation of Life support systems, Fire detection and protection system in partnership with Facilities in-charge.
• Find out root causes of a problem and the way for solution by applying technical expertise, analytical, conceptual and information thinking.
• Perform hazard identification, risk assessment and control, waste/chemical management, LOTO, Safe Work procedures, Emergency Response, etc.). Develop strategies in relation to Industrial Management and Ergonomic management.
• Conducts analytical analysis of data pertaining to HSE matters and sets direction to address gaps, further enhance HSE performance up to closure.
• Integrates Environment, Safety and Health in the Quality Management System of the operations through Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment and Control.
• Operation schedule, assign tasks, surveys and follow issues to completion.
• Cooperation with medical, checks and assesses annual physical examination findings, acknowledges medical reports, and communicate to employee.
