
• Inspect and monitor environment, machineries and processes to ensure safety as per government rules and regulations and industry standards.
• Identify potential biological, chemical and radiological materials and also collecting sample of them and analyse.
• Participate in Environmental monitoring programs and inspections as applicable to work situation.
• Conduct periodic inspection of hazards and recommend changes in products, machineries or processes to protect workers.
• Conduct in-house training programs to educate ART’s employees about safety.
• Investigate accidents of the past and identify the causes and find new ways to avoid accidents in future.
• Maintains documentation for processes SOPs (Standard Operating procedures), machineries and environment related for Government regulators.
• Maintaining good relationship with government regulatory authorities.
• Perform Internal HSE audits.
• Responsible to QMS document control, registration, distribute, retention, maintain etc.
Reporting
• Incident and Accident report to Air radiators group.
• Environmental inspection report to DLPW.
• Electrical inspection report to DLPW and MOL.
• LPG systems inspection report to Energy business.
• Basic firefighting and evacuation to DLPW.
• Male or Female
• Bachelor or Master of in Occupational Health and Safety or related field
• Good Knowledge skill in ISO9001, ISO 14001 and ISO45001 standard
• Knowledge of government’s rules and regulations that helps workers health as well as safety
• Strong experience in HSE in manufacturing industry
• Over 3 years’ experience in HSE officer or equivalent
• Details oriented, result-driven with good interpersonal skill
• Good communication, presentation and influencing skills
• Good working knowledge of English (read, write, speak)
• knowledgeable and hands-on experience in Hazard Identification, risk Assessment and Control, Accident/Incident Investigation.
• Capable of conducting HSE training
• Computer Literate Knowledge in MS Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
