• Initiate marketing strategies and plans/programs for the assigned products and ensure the implementation in line with corporate strategy and guideline • Execute, monitor, evaluate the effectiveness of all marketing activities and adjust plans to cater the changes of the marketing • Continuously assess and develop new channels to broaden the company’s market share and profit in the specific product • Manage and control the allocated marketing budget ensuring that promotional expenses are within agreed limit and spent effectively • Train and coach sales representatives on products knowledge and presentation skills to ensure delivery correct message • Collaborate with sales team to drive business and search for the new business • Responsible for developing sales representative marketing action plan • Maintain good relationship with key customers and/or opinion leaders • To provide appropriate sales forecasts of products under responsibility to the logistic function on the routine basis ensuring effective inventory control
