Be a single point of contact for Property Operations tenant/customer service to demonstrate a positive and enthusiastic service experience to either tenants, customers, or visitors.
- Be the first point of contact for walk-in tenant to approach, and work closely with S&L team, to close the deal for sales & leasing contract.
- Delivery of Tenant Services operational requirements, process and technology, to deliver key service outcomes for Tenants.
- Maintain positive business relationships through Tenant relationship activities including customer satisfaction survey to increase customer loyalty and enhance profitability.
- Work closely with Tenant Services Section Manager and Corporate Sales & Leasing Group to successfully close sales and keep tenant’s data base.
- Liaise with operation team to make an appointment with the tenants for check lease areas, renew, refund for security deposit, sign agreement and follow about pay which include outstanding debt.
- Work closely with GM, Tenant Services Section Manager, Sales & Leasing, Marketing team to ensure the successful of any key business activities implementation, execution, and smooth the operation and services.
- Identifies and communicates key tenant service issues/trends and reports findings and recommendations to management.
- Resolves, together with parties concerned, complex or critical situations involving tenants, customers, and visitors.
- Renew the lease agreement of Non-Key Account Tenants within timeline, and regularly update the customer information through CRM system correctly and completely for timely use.
- Work closely with finance team to ensure the smooth operation of GP collection data and Invoice / Receipt release to customer on time and with accuracy.
