Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the hotel or hospitality industry.
- Knowledge of vendor management, contract negotiation, and procurement best practices.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills with internal teams (Business Units, Hotels) and external vendors.
- Experience in bulk purchasing and managing large volumes of goods for hotel operations.
- Strong background in vendor sourcing, selection, and performance management.
- Proven experience in procurement, particularly in the hospitality or hotel industry.
- Strong understanding of Opex (operational expenditure) and procurement processes.
