1. Design, develop, and implement software and applications, including mobile and web-based application, to support organizational operations and satisfy customer needs effectively"
2. Provide the installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of software and other digital assets, to follow the standard accurately
3. Assess and analyze customer needs and problems, and provide recommendations to develop solutions, and fill gaps in the current market
4. Provide advice and recommendations to the organization to support the operations
5. Accumulate and manage important data of IT solution and application to operate more effectively
6. Coordinate with related functions, customer service, and quality analysts to create mutual understanding on expectations, processes, standards, and solutions in IT operations
7. Make reports to summarize overall IT solution and application to propose to the supervisor
8. Keep up to date with new knowledge and technology to apply in own department to improve and enhance productivity in work
9. Perform other responsibilities as assigned
