- Build, strengthen and manage relationship with supplier
- Collaborate and work with cross-functional teams and colleagues
- Full P&L responsibility for the brand, including revenue, margin & other supplier income
- Develop brand strategy, manage pricing, sales and promotions, campaigns, item page operations, after-sales services, customer feedback to drive sales and profit margin
- Manage product portfolio including product planning and product strategy
- Implement brand strategy and plan to all aspects of products and marketing activities to ensure goal achievement of the brand
- Develop high quality and effective marketing materials to align with brand strategy and promotion preparation
- Monitor market research of consumer behavior, analysis of competitive brand and product
- Work on sales forecasts and relevant financial reports to support brand and product management effectively
- Participate in managing budget and operating cost for advertising and promotional items to ensure cost-effectiveness
- Direct content marketing strategies to increase customer participation in social media platform
- Monitor overall operations of digital marketing, including development of a distinct online presence through social media, and integration of content marketing strategies to the channels such as Facebook, YouTube, Instagram and Line, to support business operations
