- Conduct various type of market researches that support business opportunities of all segments
- Research/Insight projects span the scope of Market & Customer segmentation, Product concept evaluation, Customer’s usage and attitude, Advertising evaluation: Communication/advertising test, Brand tracking, Customer Loyalty, Secondary research/ trend analysis, Competitive information, Other researches to support long-term strategic growth and operating plan
- Create research plans, design appropriate research methodologies, execute plans and present findings to cross functional teams, in addition to ongoing business/customer support
- Manage the use of quantitative and qualitative market research data to implement departmental priorities for market research function that are consistent with the overall business direction of the business unit and company
- Manage the collection, analysis and communication of market research results and ensure integrity and objectivity of all data, processes and designs
- Write and gain alignment on the research project brief
- Work closely with vendors to analyze data and extract meaningful and actionable insights
- Be the part of a team for brainstorming the ideas and receive brief from internal team
- Translate Business issues to Research Objectives and Questions to develop research brief
- Coordinate with external agencies in the development of the right research methodology, pricing, proposal development and review within the agreed timeline
- Ensure the right agency is used for the right research objective, monitor, control and give feedback on project outcome
- Ensure deliverables from agencies are in accordance to agreement, internal team expectation on a realistic and factual basis
- Ensure the completed information from research is ready for business decision making
- Analyze and interpret market research information for the right insights and business opportunities
