
Job Summary & Purpose:
This position holder has to build Food Hall brand awareness and shopping experience and customer satisfaction. Identify products and customer needs for Meat Department of stores to find or catch up new product trend or new living style changes and grasp opportunity to increase brand images and sales.
Principal Accountabilities:
1. Maximize sale and profit of Meat Department in Central Food Hall stores according to com-pany’s feasibility.
2. Develop and redefine Truly World Class services, courtesy and friendliness to targeted customers according to Food Hall Standards.
3. Implement and Maintain Food Hall standards in Meat Department regarding merchandising, operations and sanitation as being Best Food Store in Asia.
4. Drive brand awareness for growth and maintain targeted customers through Food Hall shopping experience.
5. Find opportunity and close gap by suggest the action plans for new products and exclusive products in Meat Department.
6. Suggest merchandising display strategies for all Meat Department in Central Food Hall stores.
7. Deliver and respond to related assignments as directed by supervisor
Qualifications Required:
Education : Bachelor Degree in any field, or working experience in Retail
Business-Supermarket 5-8 years
Experience: Minimum 5-7 years in Store Operations

Good coaching skills
Language : Excellent in English
