Job Description:

• Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department
• Monitoring and analyzing accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
• Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies and principles
• Coordinate and complete annual audits
• Provide recommendations
• Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
• Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy
• Meet financial accounting objectives
• Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ :

• บริหารจัดกรเอกสารเกี่ยวกับบัญชีและการเงินประจำวัน
• ตรวจสอบ และ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ติดต่อการเก็บเงิน จ่ายเงิน ลูกหนี้และเจ้าหนี้อย่างเป็นระบบ
• วางระบบบัญชี กำกับนโยบายอย่างถูกต้อง เป็นไปตามหลักสากล
• ติดต่อประสานการกับที่ปรึกษาและผู้ตรวจสอบบัญชี
• ให้คำแนะนำที่ถูกต้องเพื่อปรับปรุงการทำงานของบริษัทฯ
• มอบหมาย และกำกับการทำงานของผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชาให้ปฏิบัติตามอย่างถูกต้อง
• บริหารงานให้ได้ตามเป้าหมายของแผนก และจัดส่งงบการเงินได้อย่างถูกต้อง และสุจริต

• Any gender / Any age / Thai Nationality
• Bsc or MA in Finance (Managerial or Financial) or Accounting or related fields
• Be able to use the software in Accounting, Microsoft 365 or SAP effectively
• Perform good Financial and Managerial accounting skills
• Hardworking, Dedicated and be able to work overtime
• Have friendly personality and Service minded
• Have good communication skill
• Be a good team player
• For Supervisor, must have the experiences at least 5 years
• English Skill and communication are advantage
• Powder Point / Word / Excel Program
• High management skill
• Good personality
• Available to work overtime

• วางระบบบัญชี โดยใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft 365 และ Express

• มีความชำนาญในการใช้ excel ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล เช่น Pivot 
• มีความรู้เป็นอย่างดีในการปิดงบการเงิน กฎหมาย สรรพากร และ การบริหารเรื่องภาษี

• มีความละเอียด รอบคอบ และ ซื่อสัตย์

• มีความสามารถในการบริหารทีมงาน และให้คำแนะนำที่ถูกต้อง

• -เรียนและมีประสบการณ์ทำงานโดยตรงด้านบัญชี
