• Provide basic secretarial supports to Senior Retail Programme Manager such as preparing presentation, filing, keeping correspondences and records, arranging appointment calendars
• Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements and other documents by using word processing, spreadsheet, database, and/or presentation software.
• Analyze data from the report in order to improve or control Sales, Shrinkage and RTC effectively
• Collect Benefits & Concern data after events and promotion held in stores to analyze, improve and develop in order to achieve Format’s target
• Gather and consolidate data/report/information for the department to be sent out to internal and external business unit
• Compile, transcribe, and distribute weekly focus/minutes of meetings.
• Carry out confidential and administrative duties. Assist in all tasks such as coordinating with other departments related to the task
