Responsibilities

We are looking for a Sales Manager to lead our Direct Sales team in Thailand, consisting of Senior Sales Executives and Sales Executives. In this role, you will be responsible for developing Nilfisk’s business in Thailand by driving growth with both existing and new customers across various industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to achieve sales targets and KPIs (visits, pipeline, win rate, forecast, revenue, contribution).
  • Implement Nilfisk’s direct sales strategy focusing on key customer segments and prioritized markets.
  • Monitor existing customers, identify business opportunities, and negotiate with new accounts.
  • Provide regular coaching and training on sales techniques, procedures, and standards.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and product managers on technical training, pricing, product management, and marketing activities.
  • Contribute to market intelligence and competitor analysis to support business growth.
  • Support sales operations across Indochina markets and coordinate with Industrial Sales Managers in APAC, Europe, and the U.S.
  • Participate in business trips and overseas training when required.



Requirements
  • Proven experience as Sales Manager or National Key Account Manager, preferably in B2B industries.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Experience in handling and developing key accounts.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, SAP, or Navision is an advantage.
  • Experience in electronic, chemical, food, or pharmaceutical industries will be a plus.
  • Must be based in Thailand and willing to travel for business.
