Basic Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or Higher

Depend on qualifications and experience

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Project Manager and vendors, and provide implementation to clients, focusing on Genesys Cloud, Contact Center, LINE OA, CHATBOT etc.

• Responsible for understudy customer requirements, environment, and challenges and able to configure system integrated design and implementation solutions after sale.

• Ensure the implementation of solutions meet the requirements

• Collaborate with customer/vendor and business lines to deliver projects under timeline

• Install, configure, maintain and troubleshoot proposed system

• Evaluate solution and make recommendation to resolve project issues

• Provide technical support and report analysis to customer

• Assists coordinating and consolidation of technical and process documentation

• Able to create system diagram, architecture of system design and work instruction with estimate impacts.

Requirements

• Thai nationality, 25-35 years old.

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, MIS or related fields

• 3+ years’ experience in Contact Center, CHATBOT,LINE OA will be advantages.

• Have experience in Dell, Dell EMC, VMware, and network security products is an advantage
