- Responsible for branch daily operational activities, and branch development in term of quality and profitability In charge of planning, implementing and execution of company's business plan and policy
- Achieving individual performance goals, customer service and branch targets
- Ensuring Positive Customer experience
- Upholding company standards by ensuring cars are presentable to customers
- Ensure that reports (daily/weekly/monthly) are submitted by meeting the deadline given with accuracy
- Keep track of the company assets that allocated to the branch
- Staff attendance monitoring
- Making sure that Petty Cash and Fleet Card are using in the proper way
- Response to both internal and external emails.
- Solving basic problem in RentWay system.
- Vehicle Planning to support branches shortage.
- Communicate with Subrent Supplier in order to get the subrent car to support (if needed) by following the Subrent procedures.
- Review the issues and suggest recommendations to Operation Manager.
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's degree
• Required skill(s): Strong leadership skills, Good communication skills, Result oriented.
• Required Language(s): English and Thai.
• Knowledge and Experienced in Hotel / Fleet / Car Rental industry will be an added advantage.
• Full-Time position(s) available.
