We are seeking a strategic and analytical leader to join our CEO Office as Strategic Planning. This role will drive corporate-level strategy development, support C-suite decision-making, and align business units with the Group’s strategic roadmap across life insurance, non-life insurance, and financial services. You will work closely with senior executives and cross-functional teams to shape long-term direction, ensure performance alignment, and lead special initiatives.
Key Responsibility
- Strategic Planning & Facilitation
- Lead end‑to‑end corporate strategy development: market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and annual business plan formulation
- Facilitate CEO‑led workshops to define strategic priorities, targets and resource allocation
- Business‑Unit Alignment & Budgeting
- Collaborate with Heads of Business Units and Shared Services to cascade CEO‑approved strategies into clear 1‑year BU plans
- Partner with Finance on target‑setting, headcount planning and budget allocation
- Insurance & Financial Services Strategy
- Incorporate insights from life and non‑life insurance markets—product performance, underwriting, claims, and distribution—into the Group’s strategic roadmap
- Work alongside actuarial, underwriting and finance teams to align strategic initiatives with capital management, solvency and investment policies
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Define, track and report on Corporate and BU KPIs; prepare monthly performance dashboards and present to the CEO and Senior Management Team
- Orchestrate monthly SMT performance review meetings, driving follow‑up on key actions
- Executive Communication & Board Support
- Prepare the annual Group Business Plan presentation for the Executive Board and Board of Directors
- Draft CEO briefing materials, strategy packs and quarterly business dialogues with Group Office
- Opportunity Analysis & Initiative Management
- Conduct deep‑dive analyses on market trends, emerging risks and growth opportunities
- Lead cross‑functional projects as directed by the CEO and ensure delivery of all key milestones
