Responsibilities

Design and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure software meets quality standards and functional requirements.
Perform manual and automated testing of web and mobile applications, APIs, and backend systems.
Document and track bugs, defects, and enhancement requests using issue tracking tools.
Collaborate with development teams to reproduce and troubleshoot issues reported by customers or internal stakeholders.
Perform regression testing, load testing, and performance testing to identify and resolve issues before product release.
Provide feedback on usability and functionality and suggest improvements to enhance user experience and product performance.
Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings.
Stay updated with industry best practices, testing methodologies, security trends, and emerging technologies

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven experience as QA Engineer, or Software Tester in a software development environment.
Strong understanding of testing tools, techniques, and methodologies.
Solid experience with software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
Experience with test automation tools/frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG) is a plus.
Knowledge of IT frameworks and compliance requirements (e.g.ISO 27001).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
