Responsibilities

Work closely with stakeholders (business, IT, marketing, risk, and compliance) to gather and document detailed business requirements for credit card products and services.
Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications for system development and enhancements.
Collaborate with product managers to develop new credit card products and features that meet customer needs and market trends.
Ensure successful delivery of product changes, enhancements, and new launches by coordinating with IT, operations, and other related teams.
Evaluate credit card business processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer experience.
Support the implementation of process automation solutions.
Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure clear communication and understanding of project goals.
Prepare and present project updates, reports, and business cases to senior management.
Ensure credit card products and processes comply with internal policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
Work with the risk and compliance teams to identify and mitigate potential risks.
Develop test plans and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure product quality before launch.
Provide training and support to internal teams on new products and processes.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related fields.
3-5 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in the banking or financial services industry, with a focus on credit card products.
Experience in project management and working with cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g. Excel) and experience with business analysis tools (JIRA, Confluence).
Knowledge of credit card operations, lifecycle, and regulatory requirements is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Excellent command of written and spoken English
