Responsibilities
1. Test and evaluate the product
Test the product, verify device compatibility with specifications, and coordinate with the PM to create guidelines and identify key selling points.
2. Define and communicate product selling points
Clearly identify product features and advantages to support training and sales efforts.
3. Create product learning materials
Produce online product videos to facilitate understanding and knowledge retention.
4. Conduct training with key partners
Organize joint training sessions with AMD and Intel.
5. Provide training for PP and partners
Include in-store training to ensure effective knowledge transfer to staff and partners.
6. Organize nationwide training sessions
Expand training programs to cover partners and staff across the country.

  • Create training materials such as slides, workshops, videos, e-learning modules, and user manuals.
  • Deliver training to internal employees, partners, or end-users to ensure understanding of product features and usage.
  • Keep training materials up-to-date with new versions, features, or technical changes.
  • Offer initial assistance and advice on product usage to support users effectively.
  • Work together to define product selling points and communication strategies.
  • Assess learning outcomes, adjust materials to suit the target audience, and enhance learning efficiency.

Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Engineering, Electronics, or related fields
  • 1–3 years of experience in Product Training, Technical Support, Presales, or Product Specialist roles
  • Strong understanding of computer products (CPU, GPU, Mainboard, Notebook, and other IT hardware)
  • Ability to test products, verify specifications, and analyze compatibility
  • Skilled in product presentation and technical demonstrations
  • Ability to create training materials such as product videos and learning documents
  • Basic video editing skills (e.g., Premiere Pro, CapCut)
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts
  • Good interpersonal skills; able to coordinate with PM, Sales teams, and partners (e.g., AMD, Intel)
  • Willing to travel for nationwide training sessions
  • Basic English proficiency for reading product specifications and communicating with international partners
