Plan and execute marketing strategies aligned with the overall business goals of the shopping mall.
Monitor and adjust marketing strategies based on changing market conditions.
Coordinate with KOLs, agencies, organizers, and relevant internal and external stakeholders to drive traffic, sales growth, and enhance the mall’s brand image.
Manage the mall’s branding across online and offline channels, including digital signage.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communication Arts, Business Administration, or related fields.
At least 3 years of experience in marketing communications; experience in shopping mall marketing is a plus.
Strong work ethic, ability to see the bigger picture, and adaptability to corporate work culture.
Excellent interpersonal skills, teamwork capabilities, and strategic marketing knowledge with a creative mindset.
Basic knowledge and interest in digital media and marketing channels.
Ability to work under pressure.
Proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
Quick learner with problem-solving skills and strong soft skills to enhance marketing capabilities.
Ability to support media-related tasks for events and corporate communications.
