Job Purpose (วัตถุประสงค์ของตำแหน่ง): 1. Seek and develop new business opportunities to create value added to the company.
2. Formulate, develop and execute sourcing strategy of raw materials, utilities supply, logistics services and other services to ensure alignment with business direction and overall benefit to the company.
Principal Accountabilities (หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ):
1. Develop sourcing strategy in both short term and long term of raw materials, utilities supply, logistics services and other services to ensure alignment with business direction and overall benefit to the company.
2. Execute strategy, negotiate and source raw materials, utilities supply, logistics services and other services to ensure business operation and overall benefit to the company.
3. Monitor and analyze changing of business circumstances and requirements in order to adjust short-term and long-term related strategies and execution plans properly and communicate with cross function leaders to ensure close alignment between supply planning and business requirements.
4. Manage contracts in relating to sourcing with relevant parties to ensure accuracy of operation according to contract and be able to determine key supply chain KPIs of counterparts.
5. Manage all supply chain activities related to raw materials, utilities supply, logistics services and other services, as well as by-product sales, to ensure smooth and continuous operation.
6. Monitor and manage necessary activities required to ensure compliance of raw materials, utilities supply, logistics services and other services according to the market standard, company regulations and law or licenses.
7. Set up market and sales strategy and manage by-product sales to capture the most benefit to the company.
8. Explore, lead feasibility studies and develop new business opportunities to create value added to the company such as capacity expansion, maximizing the utilization of existing assets, utility trades, cost reduction projects.
9. Reinforce a good partnership and strengthen the business relationship with strategic partners and suppliers and assist them to achieve long term competitiveness resulting in cost effectiveness to the company.
10. Safety and Quality System – Implement and maintain safety and quality system such as ISO9001, ISO14001, OEMS, etc. to achieve targeted standards and objectives.
11. Risk Management – Ensure that PTTMCC are in compliance with risk management plan / activities to be in accordance with policy, standard and related regulatory.
12. Line Manager – Manage and monitor work execution and provide resources and guidance / advice to subordinates to ensure works have been done according to plan. Monitor, appraise performance of subordinate and develop to enhance their capabilities.
13. Strategy and Budgeting – Develop, communicate and monitor work plan of work unit in own accountability to inline with company direction and strategy, as well as develop and monitor work unit’s annual budget.
14. Adhere to all company policies, regulations, orders, manuals, procedures and business code of conducts and ensure that they are fully implemented within job function.
15. Perform other tasks as assigned.
