Job responsibilities:
• Planning of selling leased-up used cars and used assets to match with market situation and achieve of company target.
• Set up process and procedure of Auction tasks.
• Data analyze used car market and do strategic management for selling car.
• Review and proceed in transfer car ownership document after sold car.
• Set up and follow up the team target for evaluation.
• Leading, motivate and coaching team to achieve target and develop their career planning
• Control and evaluate of Supplier/ Auction House/ Bidder to comply with company regulation and compliance.
• Manage and develop Leasing Documentation
- Perform other works as assigned by Management and supervisor
Qualifications:
• Garduated Bachelor or Master Degrees in Business Administration/ Marketing/ Financing or related
• Experience in car and equipment selling for 10 years
• Knowledge in Used car and used IT equipment market or auction experience is preferable
• Experience in business planning, P&L, financial analysis, Leasing or Auction
• Have team management at least 5 years
• Good command in English in reading, writing, speaking and listening
• Good command in computer skills and Microsoft Office especially Excel and Powerpoint in advance level
• Strong problem-solving skills and negotiation skills
• Able to work as team and work under pressure
• Active with growth mindset
