· Responsible for the development of new and existing business relationship with corporate customers.
· Identification for target customers, both potential and existing ones, and approach those customers to offer
proper credit facilities with Team Head/Head of Corporate Banking.
· Be responsible for negotiating and closing the deal with customers.
· Study and prepare new credit proposal to ensure that the amount of credit facilities and terms and
conditions of the facilities are justified.
· Study and prepare credit reviews to ensure that proposed terms/conditions for review/renewal are
acceptable and within a proper time.
· Monitor and manage loan portfolio to ensure the maximum utilization of credit lines and good quality of
portfolio
1. Bachelor/Master Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
2. At least 3-5 year of work experiences in Corporate Lending or work experiences in lending department.
3. Good credit/financial analysis background with sound instincts for risk assessment.
4. Good knowledge in bank products and services.
5. Sales / target oriented.
6. Good local market knowledge and business contacts.
7. Outgoing and dynamic personality.
8. Fluent in both written and spoken English.
