Responsibilities

Job Summary:

The Operations Coordinator will play a key role in supporting daily operational tasks and ensuring smooth interactions with customers. This role involves handling client inquiries, managing job orders, and coordinating the delivery of analytical services in a timely and efficient manner.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries and provide relevant information regarding agricultural services.
Customer liaison, both International and domestic customers.
Address and resolve minor operational issues efficiently to ensure smooth workflow.
Coordinate the collection, preparation, and dispatch of samples for analysis as requested by customers.
Open and manage job orders based on the scope of work defined by clients.
Prepare and issue certificates or reports in accordance with client requests and company standards.
Maintain organized records of all customer interactions, sample management, and job orders.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely completion of work.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Agriculture, or a related field.
0-3 years of relevant work experience in customer service, operations, or a similar role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Service-oriented mindset with the ability to prioritize customer needs.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar tools.
Able to work at Office Soi Lasal29
