Reports To: CEO / Co-COO
Key Responsibilities:
• Project Planning & Leadership: Define project scopes and deliverables, lead project teams, and develop detailed project plans and budgets while ensuring alignment with objectives and timelines.
• Design Management & Quality Control: Oversee design phases from concept to completion, review technical documentation, and ensure design quality and compliance with industry and office standards.
• Client Engagement & Communication: Serve as the primary client liaison, conducting design presentations, progress updates, and ensuring client expectations are met consistently.
• Risk Management & Problem Solving: Identify project risks, implement mitigation strategies, and resolve conflicts swiftly to maintain project momentum and compliance with regulations.
• Budget Management & Cost Control: Monitor project budgets, control expenditures, negotiate contracts, and ensure financial documentation is accurate and transparent.
• Team Development & Mentorship: Mentor team members, provide performance feedback, and support professional development to enhance project outcomes.
