o Taking care of PB Development Division (PB Domestic, Wholesale, Imported and Export, Packaging design
o Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for private brand growth.
o Prepare all data need and present to Management and Buyer Approval
o Manage the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product specifications, packaging, and pricing align with the brand’s goals.
o Research market trends and identifying new product opportunities.
o Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and QC to ensure high-quality product development and timely delivery.
o Negotiate terms, contracts, and pricing to ensure competitive costs and margin optimization.
o Work closely with the buying team to create promotional plans, packaging designs, and launch campaigns.
o Analyze product performance, sales data, and refine and improve existing product lines.
o Provide recommendations for new product features, variations, or strategies to drive sales.
o Ensure private brand products comply with all regulatory standards, quality expectations, and safety guidelines.
o Monitor product quality and work with suppliers to resolve any quality control issues.
o Identify and evaluate potential suppliers and vendors.
o Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions with suppliers and vendors.
o Review contracts and agreements to ensure favorable terms.
o Manage the purchasing budget and work to optimize costs.
o Monitor stock levels and reorder products when necessary.
o Track inventory to ensure adequate supply without overstocking.
o Work closely with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery.
o Commits to all agreements made with the suppliers (i.e. invoice control arrangements, price differences), all of which are subject to a written contract or confirmation
o Work with AEON TOPVALU (Hong Kong) to apply New Factory, Audit and Payment
o Work with QC and the supplier to identify and determine the root cause of claimed products and resolve the product issues.
o Monitoring daily, weekly sales results and market trends on a regular basis
