Responsibilities:
- Assessment Health & Benefits (Life) / Property & Casualty (Non-Life) claims
- Fax claim service / Review all pending on daily basis
- Arranging end-to-end claim settling processes, follow-up and provide claim-related suggestions as well as procedures and status to clients
- Investigate in case suspect fraud / pre-existing
- Pre-admission and evaluation
- Review medical condition /
- Give information to customer and agent
- Negotiating settlements with insures and adjusters
- Building and maintain good client relations
- Co-operate with other internal departments to support overall operations
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor Degree or higher in any related field, if its in fields, it would be advantage (e.i.) Nursing, Health Science Fields, or related)
- More 2 Year's Experience in Claims, Client Services Function (Insurance or Non-Insurance) is advantage
- Well command in spoken and written in English's Business Proficiency
