2. Identify and develop new international markets and business opportunities.
3. Manage sales performance, monitor export figures, and ensure customer satisfaction.
4. Handle and resolve customer complaints, providing feedback for continuous improvement.
5. Record, analyze, and report sales data for each customer to support market and export analysis.
6. Coordinate preparation of product samples and export documentation for overseas customers.
7. Support customers with packaging design solutions and compliance with export standards.
8. Collaborate with internal teams (production, logistics, QA/QC, documentation) to ensure smooth product delivery.
9. Perform other export sales and related tasks as assigned.
