We are seeking a Data & AI Consulting Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with a minimum of 5-8 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years of direct AI experience. You will be responsible for leading end-to-end data science and AI projects, from data collection to model deployment, and will have a proven ability to lead and mentor a team.
- Consulting & Strategy: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business challenges and translate them into data- and AI-driven solutions.
- Model Development: Perform in-depth data analysis and develop, train, and validate machine learning models for predictive modeling, natural language processing, or computer vision.
- Project Management: Take ownership of project deliverables, manage timelines, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality output.
- Communication: Clearly communicate project progress, findings, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Governance & Compliance: Design, implement, and maintain data and AI governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations such as PDPA and GDPR.
- Innovation: Stay updated on the latest advancements in data science and AI, applying new technologies to drive business value.
