Responsibilities

Prepare, organize, and submit Visa and Work permit applications to relevant government agencies, including Thai Embassies, the Labor Department, the Immigration Office, and the Board of Investment.
Well-versed in various types of Visa and Work permit processes, including BOI and general business. Knowledge of outbound visa procedures is an advantage.
Stay updated on changes in Thai immigration and labor laws; ensure full compliance with legal and company requirements.
Coordinate with foreign employees, internal departments, and external agencies to gather required documents and ensure a smooth process.
Handle any urgent or complex Visa/Work permit issues.
Other additional tasks assigned by the Head of Department.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human resources management, Administration or related.
At least 5 years of proven Visa, Work permit & Immigration experiences.
Strong communication, leadership, problem solving and interpersonal skills.
High level of responsibility, service-minded, detail-oriented, proactive, hard-working, and a strong team leader.
Strong knowledge of BOI processes and general business Visa/Work permit requirements.
Able to multitask, work independently, complete tasks on schedule and work effectively under pressure.
Fluent in Thai. Strong command of Chinese and English.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
