Basic Requirements

Responsibilities

- Translate logistics-related documents, including shipping documents, invoices, customs papers, and SOPs.

- Provide real-time interpretation during meetings, warehouse operations, and coordination with suppliers.

- Support communication between logistics, warehouse, procurement, transportation, and external partners.

- Ensure accuracy and consistency in translation of technical logistics terminology.

- Assist in preparing bilingual reports, schedules, and shipment updates.

- Coordinate with internal teams to clarify requirements and prevent misunderstandings.

- Maintain confidentiality and ensure all translations comply with company standards.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Language Studies, or related fields.

- Previous experience in logistics translation or supply chain communication is preferred.

- Strong proficiency in English and Thai/Chinese (depending on company requirement).

- Familiarity with logistics terminology, warehouse processes, and import/export procedures.

- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and handle multitasking.

- Basic computer skills and experience with ERP/WMS systems is an advantage.
